کلاس آموزش دویدن هوشمندانه – مبتدی

Who is this course suitable for:

Beginners and those who want to lose weight.
Non-runners who want to start running in a proper way.

آنچه در این دوره خواهید آموخت :

You will get to learn different training systems.
حرکات بنیادین، دریلز (abc) دومیدانی را می آموزید.
با بدنسازی و تمرینات فانکشنال دویدن آشنایی پیدا می کنید.
نحوه کار با نرم افزار مورد نیاز در تمرینات و همچنین ساعت های هوشمند را می آموزید.
با مفاهیم کلی تغذیه و سیستم های انرژی، آمادگی جسمانی و علم تمرین آشنایی پیدا می کنید.
کلاس به صورت دو ماهه بوده و هر هفته جمعه جلسات تمرین به صورت حضوری (8 جلسه در دو ماه) با حضور مربیان برگزار می گردد.
همچنین 16 جلسه غیر حضوری تمرین به صورت Offline از طریق برنامه ارائه شده و با کمک نرم افزارهای تمرینات انجام می پذیرد.

مباحث آموزشی در جلسات حضوری:

آشنایی تئوری خلاصه با مباحث فیزیولوژی، سیستم های انرژی، تغذیه، آمادگی جسمانی، علم تمرین، آناتومی
آشنایی با روش های انجام تمرین، از جمله اینتروال ،فارتلگ، تمرین بر اساس شاخصه های تمرین (ضربان قلب ، سرعت و…) فانکشنال، دریلز (abc)، پلیومتریک

مباحث آموزشی در جلسات غیرحضوری:

با توجه به ارزیابی های اولیه در تمرینات، برای افراد بر اساس سطح آمادگی هر فرد، طراحی و ارائه می گردد همچنین از طریق نرم افزار، نتایج تمرینات بررسی و تمرینات جلسه بعد، طراحی و ارائه می گردد.
