امیر طیب لی عضو اسبق تیم ملی ماراتن و نیمه ماراتن است. صاحب عنوان در دوهای ۱۵۰۰، ۵۰۰۰ متر و مربی دوهای استقامت و نیمه استقامت است. او عضو سابق باشگاه های نام داری چون ذوب آهن اصفهان، نفت تهران و پونل بوده است. مدال آوریِ چندین دوره مسابقات ماراتن و نیمه ماراتن قهرمانیِ کشور و لیگ باشگاه‌ها را در سوابق ورزشی خود جای داده است. قهرمان و عنوان دار در دوهای صحرانوردی قهرمانی کشور و لیگ باشگاه ها هم هست. سوابق ورزشی او به دو و میدانی محدود نبوده و شرکت در دوره های مختلف مسابقات آمادگی جسمانیِ قهرمانی کشور، علاقه اش به ورزش را بیشتر نمایان میکند.

  در این کلاس چه خواهیم کرد؟
  • در این کلاس تمامی مهارت‌های عمومی دویدن شما بهبود خواهد یافت.
  • این کلاس با یک برنامه گرم کردن آغاز میشود. در قسمت اصلی تمرین ممکن است مربی بر مبنای برنامه تمرینی شما، تمرینات مختلفی از جمله تمرینات دوی ایزی، اینتروال، استیدی، ریکاوری و … را اجرا نماید.
  • در انتهای برنامه ی این کلاس، سرد کردن و حرکات کششی اجرا میگردد.
  • ممکن است در برخی از جلسات کلاس های عمومی تمرینات مقاومتی، اصلاحی و یا دریل های اصلاح تکنیک نیز به عنوان مکمل استفاده شود. 
  برنامه این کلاس چگونه است؟
  • بر مبنای هدف تمرینی و سطح آمادگی شما، برنامه مناسب توسط تیم آموزش برای شما ارسال میگردد.
  • اکثر تمرینات در این کلاس به صورت گروهی انجام میشود ولی ممکن است بر مبنای تشخیص مربی و برنامه اختصاصی هر فرد، تمرین در گروه های کوچکتر انجام شود.
  • این کلاس بخش اصلی تمرین شما برای رسیدن به آمادگی لازم در یک‌ فصل تمرینی و یا یک مسابقه را پوشش میدهد، با این حال شما میتوانید برای ارتقاء مهارت های خود از کلاس های تخصصی تر مانند: کلاس دریل، کلاس لانگ، کلاس پیس میکری و … نیز در طول برنامه تمرینی خود استفاده نمایید.
